Dear Customer(s). We have had a setback when it comes to producing / outsourcing the PickTool for the Quickset Smart Lock Gen 3. The quality of the product didn’t stand up to more than 2-3 attempts to opening the lockset. Due to this problem, we are in the process of issuing refunds to all the 12 pre-orders. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your willingness to support us. We paid the manufacturer with funds received, and they will NOT issue a refund to us. So we are starting to repay / all orders as they came in from order. Order 1 will be repaid first, and refunded through paypal. Please allow us a couple of weeks to generate the funds to get everyone paid back. We expect to have everyone paid back by the End of May 2019.
